WATERFRONT PROJECT INC. for the purpose of providing will for low income

WORLD SERVICE for the purpose of providing refugee employment coach program

CR-23 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION for the provision of providing the cost
of underground storage tank (UST) closure at the former Holy Family location from
Independence Contractors, Bridgewater, NJ in the amount of $8,740.00 for the
period commending September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021. CDBG
CR-24 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION for the provisions of providing the cost
of environmental services and oversight of the UST Closure at the former Holy
Family location from Matrix New World Engineering, Florham Park, NJ in the
amount of $13,825.00 for the period commencing September 1, 2020 and ending
August 31, 2021. CDBG
CR-25 Amending Agreement No O-17-058 with TNT SHIRT LAUNDRY AND DRY
CLEANERS, LLC d/b/a SKYE DRY CLEANING for laundry services for the Fire
Department to extend the current agreement for two (2) years commencing
September 1, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $22,080.00 per year
CR-26 Amending Agreement No. O-17-059 with MUNICIPAL INSPECTION CORP. for On-
site Agency acting as Elevator sub-Code official for an additional two (2) years
commencing September 1, 2020 for 85% of N.J.D.C.A. fees for the two years.
CR-27 Authorizing the purchase and installation of Extel#575 Phone System from EXTEL
COMMUNICATIONS, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $201,544.00 under State
Contract #A80801. Chargeable to the Hudson County Cares Grant #G02-41-877-
0000-199.
CR-28 Authorizing the BULK LEVY SALE.
CR-29 Authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for bids to purchase a Boom Truck.
CR-30 Requesting a warrant in the amount of $2,500.00 payable to GIOIVATTO to
generate a new high resolution City Seal and letter head for official communication
and security. Chargeable to the COVID account.
CR-31 Authorizing the Shared Services Agreement with the BAYONNE HOUSING
AUTHORITY for garbage and recycling.
CR-32 Ratifying and affirming the actions of the Mayor and City Clerk in executing an
Agreement with the BAYONNE FAMILY COMMUNITY CENTER to provide CDBG
funds in the amount of $49,695.00 for the replacement of three (3) roof top heating
and cooling units at its facility located 259 Avenue E and authorizing the Treasurer
to issue a warrant payable to the Bayonne Family Community Center in payment
for heating and cooling units. Chargeable to CDBG 1031.
CR-33 Accepting the Older American’s Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
Grant from the County of Hudson in the amount of $47,291.00 for the purpose of
providing nutrition programs for senior citizens.
CR-34 Accepting the FAMILIES FIRST CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ACT (FFCRA) Grant
from the County of Hudson in the amount of $171,288.00 for the purpose of
congregate meals.
CR-35 Accepting the CY2020 PEER GROUPING GRANT in the amount of $10,000.00 from
the County of Hudson to provide case management, emergency mental health
services, respite, and hospice to the elderly and people with disabilities.
CR-36 Granting 1 Raffle licenses to qualified organizations. City Clerk

R-1 Rejecting the bids received for the 25th Street Pedestrian Bridge Replacement
lowest bid exceeds the appropriation for the services.
R-2 Resolution of the City of Bayonne, County of Hudson, New Jersey reaffirming the
City’s intent to reprogram NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION GREEN ACRES funding from the former BLRA’s Community Soccer
Fields project to Veteran’s Stadium project.
R-3 Amending Resolution 20-07-15-060 authorizing an agreement with ALPADOG for
upgrades to the City’s website to improve emergency communications during the
COVID-19 pandemic to reflect a commencement date March 15, 2020 and to ratify
and affirm the actions of the Chief Financial Officer in authorizing same website
upgrades as of the commencement date.
R-4 Amending Resolution 20-07-016-061 authorizing an agreement with
INTERGRATED MICRO SYSTEMS, INC. for communication and technology
upgrades to assist during the COVID-19 pandemic to reflect a commencement
date of March 15, 2020 and to ratify and affirm the actions of the Chief Financial
Officer in authorizing said communication and technology upgrades as of the
commencement date.
R-5 Authorizing the adoption of the 2020 HUDSON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY HAZARD
MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE.
R-6 Approving Chapter 159 #1 in the CY 2020 budget, seeking permission of the
