CR-12 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to accept 2020 Assistance for Firefighter
Grant, COVID-19 Supplemental (AFG-S) in the amount of $46, 076.80 to
purchase covid-19 related equipment.
CR-14 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to accept a 2019 Assistance for Firefighters
Grant in the amount of $81,500.00 to purchase fire fighter turnout gear
washer/extraction equipment.
CR-14 Amending Resolution No. 20-07-15—63 to reflect the date of the application
submitted by the BAYONNE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION (BEOF) is
February 19, 2020 and that the period of the authorized agreement with the
BEOF to provided CDBG funds for the asbestos removal at the former Holy
Family site is September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021.

CR-15 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Chamber of
Commerce to provide CDBG-COVID funds for small business seminars in an
amount not to exceed $15,000.00 for a period of one year commencing
September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-16 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the BAYONNE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION (BEOF) to provide CDBG-COVID
funds to COVID rental assistance program in the amount not to exceed
$250,000,00 for a period of one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending
August 31, 2021.
CR-17 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE ECONOMIC
OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION (BEOF) to provide CDBG-COVID funds for BEOF
Senior Holiday grab ‘n go in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 for a period of
one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-18 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE ECONOMIC
OPPORTUNITY FOUNDATION (BEOF) to provide CDBG-COVID funds for office
sanitation/PPE supplies in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 for a period of
one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-19 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE YOUTH
CENTER to provide CDBG-COVID funds for after school virtual learning in an
amount not to exceed $20,000.00 for a period of one year commencing
September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-20 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with WATERFRONT PROJECT
INC. to provide CDBG-COVID funds for housing counseling and legal advocacy
program COVID-19 expansion in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00 for a
period of one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-21 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE FAMILY
COMMUNITY CENTER to provide CDBG-COVID funds for child care services PPE
supplies, utility bills and salaries in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00 for a
period of one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-22 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with WALLACE TEMPLE
COMMUNITY ACTIVITY RESOURCE ENRICHMENT site to provide CDBG-COVID
funds for the C.A.R.E.S. living faith food pantry expansion due to the pandemic
in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 for a period of one year commencing
September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-23 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with JEWISH COMMUNITY
CENTER to provide CDBG-COVID funds for the after school program PPE
supplies in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 for a period of one year
commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-24 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with VICTORY HALL to provide
CDBG-COVID funds for an art instruction/development program individualized
art supplies PPE supplies in an amount not to exceed $3,645.00 for a period of
one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-25 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE COMMUNITY
DAY NURSERY to provide CDBG-COVID funds for preschool childcare program
PPE supplies in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 for a period of one year
commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-26 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with UCP OF HUDSON
COUNTY to provide CDBG-COVID funds for pediatric medical day care center
PPE supplies in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 for a period of one year
commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021.
CR-27 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with BAYONNE PAL DAY CARE
CENTER to provide CDBG-COVID funds for after school program and summer

OPPORTUNITY FOUNDTION (BEOF) to provide administration of the City’s
CARES Act Community Development Block Grant COVID grant funds for a
period of one year commencing September 1, 2020 and ending August 31, 2021

the property located 117-121 Prospect Avenue, which is identified as Block 441,
Lots 10 and a portion of the 25th Street Row as shown on the official tax map of
the City of Bayonne and authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement
with TFG 117-121 Prospect Urban Renewal, LLL for the development of such
property in accordance with redevelopment plan.
