vehicle collision repairs for an amount not to exceed $12,500.00 extension period

CR-9 Authorizing the reallocation of CDBG funds in the amount of $1,000.00 from
CDBG Account No. 1045, which provided funds for insurance cost to the Senior
Transportation Program (BEOF) to CDBG Account 1061 to provide additional
funds for Salaries & Fringe Benefits for drivers associated with the Senior
Transportation Program (BEOF) and authorizing the Mayor or his designee to

CY’20-080 with the BAYONNE YOUTH CENTER to utilize a portion of CDBG

CR-12 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a GREEN ACRES PROJECT
AGREEMENT with the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental
Protection for Multi-Park Development at Cottage Street and 28th Street.
CR-13 Authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the PORT LINCOLN
BOULEVARD ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.
CR-14 Amending Agreement No. Cy’21-059 with the BAYONNE YOUTH CENTER for the
purpose of providing installation of a Security System to increasing the contract
by $650.00 to cover the cost of a change order submitted by VISION SOUND
INSTALLATIONS, LLC, making the total contract amount $22,050.00 and ratifying
and affirming the actions of the City’s CDBG Administrator authorizing the
Contractor to perform said work in order to complete the project in a timely

DEPARTEMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS for $500,000.00 for the completion of
facility upgrades to the Bayonne Municipal Pool.
R-2 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement and any
amendments with NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION, GREEN ACRES PROGRAM (“State”) for the G. Thomas DiDomenico
Park Project.
R-3 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement and any
amendments with NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION, GREEN ACRES PROGRAM (“State”) for the Pool Improvement
Project
R-4 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with SPATIAL DATA
LOGIC for continued technical support and maintenance of it departmental date
management software and continued enterprise licensing for the municipal
management software for a period one year commencing July 1, 2021 through
June 30, 3022 for a total contract amount of $ 55.000.00; and authorizing the
Municipal Treasurer to issue a check in the amount of $55,000.00 to cover said
services. Awarded through the Non-fair and Open process.

R-9 Designating SIXTH WAVE LOGISTICS, LLC as redeveloper of the property located
at 69-71 New Hook Access Road, which is identified as Block 416, Lots 1 and 2,
as shown on the official tax map of the City and authorizing the execution of a
Redevelopment Agreement with SIXTH WAVE LOGISTICS, LLC for the
development of said property. (Delta Storage)
R-10 Authorizing the execution of a Jurisdictional Agreement with the NEW JERSEY
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE AUTHORITY and
City of Jersey City.
R-11 Designating certain property located at 80-84 East 25th Street, which is identified
as Block 442, Lot 14, as shown on the official tax map of the City as a non-
condemnation area in need of redevelopment and authorizing the Planning Board
to prepare a Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and
