R-9 Designating SIXTH WAVE LOGISTICS, LLC as redeveloper of the property located at 69-71 New Hook Access Road, which is identified as Block 416, Lots 1 and 2, as shown on the official tax map of the City and authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment Agreement with SIXTH WAVE LOGISTICS, LLC for the development of said property. (Delta Storage) R-10 Authorizing the execution of a Jurisdictional Agreement with the NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE AUTHORITY and City of Jersey City.
