PLANNING BOARD CITY OF BAYONNE MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 8, 2019 A regular meeting of the City of Bayonne Planning Board was held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 in the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey. Chairperson Fiermonte called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. and led all in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Chairperson Fiermonte advised that the Board has complied with the Open Public Meetings Act/Sunshine Law. Secretary Malloy called the roll. Present at the meeting were Chairperson Fiermonte and Commissioners Valado, Perez, Malloy, Quintela, Patel, Mathews and mayoral designee Sebik. Commissioner Becker and Mayor Davis were absent. Also present were Richard N. Campisano, Esq., Board Counsel, and Lillian Glazewski, Land Use Administrator. Adoption of Minutes Commissioner Perez made a motion to adopt the minutes of the special meeting held on September 23, 2019 and Commissioner Sebik seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. Planning Board Minutes September 10, 2019 Regular Meeting Page 2 Communications: • Request from John Zucker, Esq., attorney for application P-19-020 John & Maryan, LLC requesting an adjournment due to the Yom Kippur holiday. o Commissioner Perez made a motion to grant the adjournment to the November 12, 2019 regular meeting. Commissioner Sebik seconded the motion and a unanimous vote followed. ] • Municipal Council Resolution authorizing and directing the Planning Board to reopen and amend the Redevelopment Plan for Block 452.02, Lots 3-9 & 11 and Block 451, Lots 1.01, 1.02, 2.03, 2.04 & 2.05 pursuant to the LRHL, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. (Ken’s Marine) [P- 10-001] • Municipal Council Resolution authorizing and directing the Planning Board to reopen and amend the Redevelopment Plan for property at 122, 124, 126, 126.5, 128, 130, 132, 134-136, 138, 140, 165, 167, 169, 170-180 & 157-163 Avenue E in City Block 458, Lot 1 & 1.01 pursuant to the LRHL, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. [P-17-011] • Municipal Council Resolution authorizing and directing the Planning Board to reopen and amend the Redevelopment Plan for property at 101 East 23rd Street in City Block 445, Lots 1.01 pursuant to the LRHL, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. [P-17-023] • Municipal Council Resolution authorizing and directing the Planning Board to reopen and amend the redevelopment plan for property located at 130-134 Avenue F, East 23rd Street, Mechanic Street, 37, 39 & 41 Mechanic Street in City Block 450, Lots 1, 10.01, 10.02, 22, 23 & 24 pursuant to the LRHL, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. [P-17-037] Adoption of Resolutions • P-19-026 JSF MANAGEMENT, LLC – Site: 43-75 Mechanic Street (NJSH Route 440 & East 22nd Street) Block 451, Lot 2.05 o Commissioner Perez made a motion to approve the resolution and Commissioner Sebik seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. A motion was made to close the meeting at 6:17 p.m. Susan Bischoff, Certified Shorthand Reporter, 449 Columbia Boulevard, Wood-Ridge, NJ 07075 took a transcript of the meeting. /lg
