ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT REGULAR MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 21, 2019 A REGULAR MEETING of the Zoning Board of Adjustment was held on Monday, October 21, 2019, in the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey. Chairman Urban called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. Secretary Egan called the roll. Present at the meeting were Chairman Urban, Commissioners Adams, Egan, Lombari, Pineiro, DiLullo, DeRos, and Veloz. Commissioners Klimansky, Iapicca and Calcaterra were absent. Also present was Richard N. Campisano, Esq., Board Counsel, Malvika Apt, PP, consulting City Planner, Darren Mazzei, PE, City Engineer’s Office and Lillian Glazewski, Land Use Administrator. After the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, Chairman Urban declared a quorum and advised that the Board had complied with the Open Public Meetings Act/Sunshine Law. Adoption of Minutes: Chairman Urban called for the adoption of the minutes from the September 16, 2019 regular meeting. Commissioner Adams made the motion to adopt the minutes and Commissioner Lombari seconded the motion. A unanimous vote followed. Communications: • Letter request from Weiner Law Group, LLC, attorneys for 22nd Street Partners, LLC – Site: 25-39 East 22nd Street; Block 201, Lot 1 requesting a three month extension to file the subdivision deed. Zoning Board of Adjustment September 16, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes Page 2 o Commissioner Adams made a motion to grant the extension through January 21, 2019. Commissioner Urban seconded the motion and a unanimous vote of eligible members followed. Adoption of Resolutions: • Z-19-024 NUNZIATO MARIA SERVODIO – Site: 88 Andrew Street in City Block 237, Lot 38 o Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. • Z-19-016 – 102-106 KENNEDY BLVDHCPVI LLC – Site: 102-106 Kennedy Boulevard in City Block 347, Lot 11 o Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. • Z-19-018 - 434-436 AVE C HCPVI LLC – Site: 434-436 Avenue C in City Block 225, Lot 48 o Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. • Z-19-026 – 952 BROADWAY PARTNERS, LLC & M. DOUECK – Site: 952 Broadway in City Block 82, Lot 44 o Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. • Z-19-004 – 22ND STREET PARTNERS, LLC – Site: 25-39 East 22nd Street in City Block 206, Lot 1. o Commissioner Adams made a motion to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. A unanimous vote of eligible members followed. A motion was made to close the meeting at 6:20 p.m. Susan Bischoff, Certified Shorthand Reporter, took a transcript of the meeting. /lg
