OLD BUSINESS: Resolution 2023-04 Island Baptist Church 310 North Beach Ave. Block 169 Lot 10 Applicant requests a variance for a minor subdivision and a minor site plan approval. They have been heard by HPAC and will maintain usage of materials approved by HPAC to be included in this land use board application. Resolution 2023-03 MIH Coastal Holdings, LLC 601 Second Street Block 148.01 Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 The existing conditions are 100% impervious lot coverage and the proposed site will maintain this existing nonconformity.
