Wants to change siding to natural cedar shingles, replace windows to Anderson with white trim, use Intex railing, and use Timberline HD roofing shingles (brown, 3 tab). Wants to wrap front porch posts with Intex, deck with mahogany wood, and use Intex railing. Wants to brick cover basement, build steps from the brick, and cap with bluestone threads.
