Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. authorizing the District' s Staff and Professional Advisors to submit an application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in connection with issuing bonds to finance improvements. 5. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. of the Beeville Water Supply District to approve annexation of all territory within the City of Beeville that has not been annexed into the District so that the District' s and the City' s boundaries are coterminous. 6. Discussion and Possible Action on the engagement of McCall, Parkhurst and Horton L. L. P. as Bond Counsel to the Beeville Water Supply District. 7. Discussion and Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2020- 2021 Proposed Budget. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on setting the 2020 Proposed Tax Rate. 9. Discussion and Possible Action to schedule a public hearing on the Proposed Tax Rate. 10.
