Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. of the Beeville Water Supply District to approve annexation of all territory within the City of Beeville that has not been annexed into the District so that the District' s and the City' s boundaries are coterminous. 5. Discussion and Possible Action on the engagement of McCall, Parkhurst and Horton L. L. P. as Bond Counsel to the Beeville Water Supply District. 6. Discussion and Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2020- 2021 Proposed Budget. 7. Discussion and Possible Action to schedule a Public Hearing for the FY 2020/ 2021 BWSD Proposed Budget. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on setting the 2020 Proposed Tax Rate. 9. Discussion and Possible Action to schedule a public hearing on the Proposed Tax Rate. 10.
