Discussion and possible action on a request from Beeville Main Street for a street closure for the Bee County Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 30, 2017 from 5: 00 p. m. to 8: 30p. m. 100 block of West Corpus Christi Street 6. Discussion and possible action on request from Beeville Main Street for a street closure for the Holly Jolly Christmas Celebration and Lighted Parade on December 9, 2017 at 5: 00 p. m. to 8: 00p. m. Washington Street from West Corpus Christi to Clare Street and to include the 100 to 300 block of West Corpus Christi Street. 7. Discussion and possible action on a request from BISD Moreno Jr. High for consideration to waive the rental fees for the Beeville Community Center on December 22, 2017 for the use of staff Christmas gather. 8. Discussion and possible action on a request from The Texas Department of Criminal Justice( TDCJ) to waive the rental fees for the Beeville Community Center on November 16, 2017 for a job fair. 1  CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL AGENDA- NOVEMBER 15, 2017 9. Discussion and possible action to amend the rules and regulations of the Beeville Community Center to require two( 2) officers to host an event if alcoholic beverages will be served on the premises. 10. Discussion and possible action on authorizing the City Manager to execute documents requested by Texas Department of Transportation( TXDOT) for the FAA Improvement Airport. 11. Discussion and possible action on a proposal from CES Industrial to replace the electrical controls at the Clareville Pump Station in the amount of$ 58, 000. 00. 12.
