Discussion and possible action on request for a police escort by the" Bee County Marine Corp League" on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 5: 00 p. m. Will begin at the Bee County Expo Center located on FM 351. Traveling North to W. Corpus Christi St., then take a right traveling east on Corpus Christi St. until reaching Washington St. They will take a left traveling north on Washington St. until reaching FM 351. They will then take a left traveling south west until they reach the Expo Center. 7. Discussion and possible action on a contract amendment submitted by Freese and Nichols. 8. Discussion and possible action on amending the Hotel Occupancy Tax Application. 9. Discussion and possible action on a request for financial assistance from the Hotel/ Motel ( H. O. Discussion and possible action on a request for financial assistance from the Hotel/ Motel ( H. O. T) fund to assist the Fiesta Bee County Inc. " Diez Y Seis De Septiembre" on September 14- 15, 2018. 11. Presentation on the 2017 Fiesta Bee County Inc. " Diez Y Seis De Septiembre" previously held on September 15- 16, 2017. 12. Discussion and possible action on a request submitted by Mary Perez to allow a HEB 18- wheeler escort for Fred Moron to the Community Event Center at 11: 00 a. m. on October 31, 2017. Proposed truck route will be submitted by HEB and Chief Bridge will review" 13. Discussion and possible action on health insurance bids. 14. Discussion and possible action on Resolution No. approving and authorizing to utilize criminal justice division ( CJD) grant award to purchase bullet resistant vests. 15.
