a. m.

8. Discussion and possible action on a request from the Bee County Historical Society to close the following streets
for a Living History Celebration on March 3, 2018 from 10am- 4pm.

9. Discussion and possible action on a request from the Joe Barnhart Bee County Library to waive the fees at the
Beeville Community Center to conduct summer programs on the following dates:
Magician John O' Bryant— Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 3: 00 p. m. ( Spring Break)
Dinosaur George— Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 3: 00 p. m.
Texas A& M Univ/ Chemistry Roadshow— Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 1: 00 p. m.
Magician Oscar Munoz— Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 3: 00 p. m.
Circus Chickendog— Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 3: 00 p. m.
Wild Thing Zoofari— Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 3: 00 p. m.
10. Discussion and possible action on recommendation to approve a proposal by BBG Consulting, Inc. to provide plan
reviews and inspection services on the new Bee County Jail.
11. Discussion and possible action to authorize Interim City Manager and Assistant City Manager to use BBG
Consulting, Inc. for plan review and inspection services as needed.
12. Discussion and possible action on a request submitted by Beeville Main Street to approve the permanent
placement of Bee Street Art Sculptures at City Hall and downtown Landscape Islands.
13. Discussion and possible action on a request from CASA to waive the fees for the use of the grounds at Veterans
Memorial Park and the large pavilion on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 7 a. m.- 1 p. m. for a 5k race.
14. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance No. calling the May 5, 2018 General City Council Election.
15. Discussion and possible action on a request for financial assistance from the Hotel/ Motel ( H. O. T) fund to assist
Spring Fest on April 11- 15, 2018.
16. Discussion and possible action to direct City Staff to request a proposal from Inframark to take over the operations
of the distribution system.
17. Discussion and possible action on a request from Beeville Main Street for approval of Brick Fundraiser to benefit
Habitat for Humanity within the downtown district.
18. Discussion and possible action on a recommendation submitted by the BEIC Board for the installation of a water
slide for the City Swimming Pool.
19. Discussion and possible action on recommendation to approve a proposal by LNV Engineers to provide
Engineering services for the downtown sidewalk project.
20. Discussion and possible action to approve a bid to replace the roof at the swimming pool office.
21. Discussion and possible action on recommendation to reimburse Bee County up to$ 25, 000 for payment of the
required building permit fees and plan review fees.
22. Discussion and possible action to accept the Racial Profiling Report submitted by Del Carmen Consulting.
23. Adjournment.
