A. Accounts payable
5. Consideration and Possible Action on a Mutual Aid Agreement between Commanding Officer Naval Air Station
and Beeville Fire Department.
6. Consideration and Possible Action on a request from Texas Clash Bash XII for approval of the additional $ 2, 500
from the Hotel and Motel Tax Fund for a schedule event for November 2- 3, 2018.
7. Presentation of Quarterly Report by the Bee County Chamber of Commerce.
8. Presentation by Linebarger Attorneys at Law for delinquent Municipal Court fees and fines collection services.
9. Consideration and Possible Action of a contract for the collection of delinquent Municipal Court fees and fines
between the City of Beeville and Linebarger Attorneys at Law.
10. Consideration and Possible Action on adopting Resolution No. of Municipal Court collection fee as
authorized by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 103. 0031.

11. Discussion and Possible Action on authorizing LNV Engineer to begin advertising the bid process for the 24 inch
Waterline Project.
12. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the City Manager to issue a check in the amount of$ 50,000 to
TG306 for the City' s contribution of the Poesta Creek Renovation Project.
13. Consideration and Possible Action on terminating the Golf-Course Management Agreement between the City of
Beeville and Mr. John Johnson and provide a 30 day notice.
14. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the Chief of Police to engage the services of Del Carmen
Consulting to perform the annual racial profiling report in the amount of$ 4,950.00.
15. Consideration and Possible Action on a request for street closures submitted by the Joe Barnhart Foundation
Beeville Art Museum for their 2nd Annual Art and Community Festival on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 8: 00
a. m.— 4: 00 p. m.
16. Consideration and Possible Action on a request for street closures submitted by St. James Catholic Church for
their Annual Church Festival on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 9: 00 a. m.— 4: 00 p. m.
17. Consideration and Possible Action on a Supplemental Agreement between the Texas Department of
Transportation and the City of Beeville for the installation, operation and maintenance of sidewalks located on
State Highways Business 181 and FM 3355.
18. Consideration and Possible Action on adopting the recommendation of the BEIC to allocate$ 75,000. 00 and
develop a Performance Agreement between the BEIC and the Bee Area Partnership Organization.
19. Consideration and Possible Action on approving the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning to approve the
re- subdivision of final plat at 1770 W. Corpus Christi St. Beeville, TX 78102( legal description Eight Acres Addition
Lot 1A, Block 1).
