Discussion and Possible Action on a request submitted by Freddy Moron to host their Fiesta Bee County 9th 25th— Annual Sling fest Disc Golf tournament at the Veteran' s Memorial Park on January 27 th 2019. 8. Consideration and Possible Action on a request from Epic Pipeline, LLC to be allowed to bury a 12" pipeline by open cut ditch method to transport crude oil on an existing pipeline easement located at the Veterans Memorial Park for compensation to the City of Beeville of$ 84,000.00. 9. Consideration and Possible Action on amending the Right of Way Agreement dated March 14, 2014 in Volume 979 Page 308 by allowing the company to construct the crude pipeline using the open cut ditch method. 10.
