5. Consideration and Possible Action on authorizing the City Manager to negotiate a contract for engineering
services with LNV Engineering, Inc. for improvements to the Moore Street Wastewater and the George O. Morrill
Water Treatment Plants.
6. Consideration and Possible Action Resolution No. in support of Affordable Housing Development and
approval to waive fees up to$ 250 for any possible fees occurred from the development.
7. Consideration and Possible Action on a request submitted by Freddy Moron to host their Fiesta Bee County 9"

9. Consideration and Possible Action on a Cooperative Working Agreement between the City of Beeville Police
Department and Crime Victim Services.
10. Consideration and Possible Action on approving the LAW Publication Proposal.
11. Consideration and Possible Action on Ordinance No. adopting vacant building regulations including
registration and providing for penalties.
12. Consideration and Possible Action on Ordinance No. calling the May 4, 2019 General City Council
Election.
13. Consideration and Possible Action on a contract for Election Services between Bee County and the City of Beeville
for the May 4, 2019 General Election.
14. Consideration and Possible Action on Ordinance No. amending Ordinance No. 2343 FY 2018- 2019
Budget by transferring$ 1. 3 million from the Beeville Economic Improvement Corporation( BEIC) and allocating
the funds for the Moore Street Wastewater Treatment Plant rehabilitation.
15. Consideration and Possible Action on a request from Mr. Louie Alaniz and Aztec Chevrolet to accept a
contribution of an exercise" Fit-Trail' to be constructed at the Tyler park on South Tyler Street.
16. Consideration and Possible Action on an Alley Closure request from Mr.& Mrs. Eulalio Barco to close and
abandon a portion of the 15 foot alley and abandon the right of way for a distance of 93.05 feet from the
beginning of the right of way of the 100 block of Carter Street.
17. Consideration and Possible Action on Scheduling a Public Hearing on a request to close and abandon a portion of
the alley between the 100 Block of Carter and the 100 Block Kennedy Street Jones Addition.
18. Consideration and Possible Action on amending the Memorandum of Understanding( MOU) between the City of
Beeville Police Department and Coastal Bend College Police Department.
19. Consideration and Possible Action on providing for a pay increase to the Beeville Police Department Personnel.
