Consideration and Possible Action on a request from Mr. Louie Alaniz and Aztec Chevrolet to accept a contribution of an exercise" Fit-Trail' to be constructed at the Tyler park on South Tyler Street. 16. Consideration and Possible Action on an Alley Closure request from Mr.& Mrs. Eulalio Barco to close and abandon a portion of the 15 foot alley and abandon the right of way for a distance of 93.05 feet from the beginning of the right of way of the 100 block of Carter Street. 17. Consideration and Possible Action on Scheduling a Public Hearing on a request to close and abandon a portion of the alley between the 100 Block of Carter and the 100 Block Kennedy Street Jones Addition. 18.
