Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. to select the administration/ project delivery service provider( s) to complete application and project implementation for the CDBG MIT -MOD funding administered by the Texas General Land Office. 7. Discussion and Possible Action the on purchase of playground equipment for Klipstein Park from GameTime. 13. Discussion and Possible Action on an Agreement between the City of Beeville and AGCM, Inc. for Project Management Services relating to the City' s planned roofing projects and authorization for the City Manager to execute said agreement. 14. Discussion and Possible Action on Acceptance of the H. O. Fund T Post Event Report from South Texas Hereford Association. 15. Discussion and Possible Action on a Professional Service Agreement between the City of Beeville and Opportunity Strategies, LLC for development of a City Strategic Plan. 16. Discussion and Possible Action on a Professional Service Agreement between the City of Beeville and PR&S,LLC for grant administrative services for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Grant that the city has received for improvements to Trevino Park. 17. Discussion and Possible Action on Lease Purchase of Vehicles for the Beeville Police Department. 18. Discussion and Possible Action on an agreement between the City of Beeville and Apple Towing Co. and authorization for the City Manager to execute said agreement. 19. Discussion and Possible Action on a Mutual Law Enforcement Assistance Agreement between the Beeville Police Department and the Wilson County District Attorney' s Office and authorization for the City Manager to execute said agreement. 20. Discussion and Possible Action Interlocal on an Agreement between the City of Beeville and Purchasing Cooperative of America " PCA" and to authorize the City Manager to execute said Agreement. 21.
