Discussion and Possible Action on Acceptance of the H. O. Fund T Post Event Report from South Texas Hereford Association. 15. Discussion and Possible Action on a Professional Service Agreement between the City of Beeville and Opportunity Strategies, LLC for development of a City Strategic Plan. 16. Discussion and Possible Action on a Professional Service Agreement between the City of Beeville and PR&S,LLC for grant administrative services for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Grant that the city has received for improvements to Trevino Park. 17. Discussion and Possible Action on Lease Purchase of Vehicles for the Beeville Police Department. 18. Discussion and Possible Action on an agreement between the City of Beeville and Apple Towing Co. and authorization for the City Manager to execute said agreement. 19.
