Decision to release the minutes of the June 29, 2020 Planning Board meeting. 2. Public hearing and recommendation to the Gallatin County Commission regarding the request for Preliminary Plat Approval for East Gallatin Preserve Major Subdivision (Chris Scott, Gallatin County Planning Department). 2. Public hearing and recommendation to the Belgrade City Council on a Conditional Use Permit for signage for an apartment complex for John Rosa. 3. Public hearing and recommendation to the Belgrade City Council regarding a Conditional Use Permit for the expansion of the Divine Mercy Academy in a R-2 Residential Zone. 4. Discussion on the Growth Policy implementation process through the downtown plan, and City and County zoning projects. This meeting will be conducted in the Council Chambers while observing recommended distancing protocols due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Hand sanitizer and face masks will be provided for use by all attendees. If the number of attendees exceeds 49 (including board members and staff), additional protocols will be implemented to maintain distance requirements.
