Decision to release the minutes of the July 27, 2020 Planning Board meeting. 2. Public hearing and recommendation to the Belgrade City Council on a Conditional Use Permit for directional subdivision signage to be in the public right-of-ways. 3. Public hearing and recommendation to the Belgrade City Council regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of the Meadowlark Ranch Phase 5 PUD/Subdivision. This meeting will be conducted in the Council Chambers while observing face covering and distancing protocols due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Hand sanitizer and face masks will be provided for use by all attendees. If the number of attendees exceeds 49 (including board members and staff), additional protocols will be implemented to maintain distance requirements.
