Sign-up forms will be available at all Regular and Special meetings for registering the names of members of the Public who wish to either: i) speak on an agenda item, provided such items have not been the subject of a prior public hearing; or ii) make a general comment related to the Commission business. These forms will be given to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting so that the person's name can be called to address the Commission at the appropriate time. 2. City Council Liaison Catherine Lewis stated the open house for the Flood Mitigation Task Force was well attended. Lewis thanked Commissioner Wesely for attending e meeting. Budget discussions will be held at the next City Council meeting in September. Commissioner Dokell asked what the budget was in relation to this Commission? Travis Tanner stated the budget for substandard structures was doubled for the upcoming fiscal. H. Old Business H.1. Consideration, deliberation and possible action on the Building and Standards Recommendation Letter to Council, regarding the adoption of 2024 International Codes, the 2023 National Electrical Code and text changes to Chapter 9, Article II. and Article II-A. Staff Findings – Christian Somers provided photos of the structure and talked about the timeline in which staff tried to contact the owners of this property. V.
