A. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Eleni Gagliardi, Chair. B. Approval of Minutes: It is noted that there are no minutes to approve due to the meeting on Monday, September 22 being cancelled - Submitted by Bella Kalra, Secretary. C. Public Comment. Note: Public Comments are limited to up to five (5) minutes per person. D. Report from Council Liaisons - Winfred C. Frazier, Mayor Pro Tem, and Jackie Georgiou, Council Member. E. Report from Staff Liaison - Mary Lovelace, Youth Services Librarian. F. Board Business. 1. "We Are Evergreen" presentation - Cindy Taylor, Council Member. 2. Consideration of expanding number of members on the Youth Advisory Board. 3. Consideration of and possible action on the approval of revisions to YAB Rules of Procedure. 4. Consideration of and possible Election of Officers for 2025-2026 term. G. New Business: Any YAB Member who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the YAB shall do so now. Note: Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future Agenda of the YAB or for referral to staff for investigation. H. YAB Member Comments and Announcements. I. Adjournment.
