A. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Eleni Gagliardi, Chair. B. Approval of Minutes: It is noted that there are no minutes to approve for the Youth Advisory Board meeting held on Monday, June 9, 2025 due to a lack of quorum- Submitted by Bella Kalra, Secretary. C. Public Comment. Note: Public Comments are limited to up to five (5) minutes per person. D. Report from Council Liaisons - Winfred C. Frazier, Mayor Pro Tem, and Jackie Georgiou, Council Member. E. Report from Staff Liaison - Mary Lovelace, Youth Services Librarian. F. Board Business. 1. Consideration of and possible action on the approval on revisions to YAB Rules of Procedure. 2. Election of Officers for 2025-2026 term. G. New Business: Any YAB Member who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the YAB shall do so now. Note: Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future Agenda of the YAB or for referral to staff for investigation. H. YAB Member Comments and Announcements. I. Adjournment.
