Recap/Update on We Are Evergreen (WAE) Survey. 2. Overview of Youth Advisory Board (YAB) process and candidates for "Green Squad." 3. Update on Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) repository contract. 4. Calendar discussion about Town Hall Meetings (January - March 2025). 5. Reports from committee members on projects and tasks. F. New Business: Any member who wishes to bring new business to the attention of the Evergreen Park Committee shall do so now. Note: Consideration of new business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Evergreen Park Committee or for referral to staff for investigation.
