Update on Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Repository Contract. 5. Discussion on the Request for Proposal (RFP) Process for the Evergreen Master Plan. 6. Reports from Committee Members on Projects and Tasks. F. New Business: Any member who wishes to bring new business to the attention of the Evergreen Park Committee shall do so now. Note: Consideration of new business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Evergreen Park Committee or for referral to staff for investigation.
