Update on Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Repository Contract. 2. Discussion on the Request for Proposal (RFP) Process for Evergreen Master Plan. 3. Vote on sub committee to prescreen applicants from the RFQ. 4. Discussion about We Are Evergreen (WAE) Town Hall Meeting on February 26, 2025. 5. Discussion on possible fundrasier event with Youth Advisory Board. 6. Assignment of Social Media Admin. F. New Business: Any member who wishes to bring new business to the attention of the Evergreen Park Committee shall do so now. Note: Consideration of new business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Evergreen Park Committee or for referral to staff for investigation.
