Update on Beads and Boogie Event. 2. Discussion on RFQ for Evergreen Master Plan. 3. Update on social media with City of Bellaire. 4. T-Shirt Fundraiser with Bonfire. 5. Evergreen Open House in lieu of Town Hall. 6. Updates from Parks Board and Patrons Board. F. New Business: Any member who wishes to bring new business to the attention of the Evergreen Park Committee shall do so now. Note: Consideration of new business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future agenda of the Evergreen Park Committee or for referral to staff for investigation.
