A. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Eleni Gagliardi, Chair. B. Approval of Minutes: Consideration of and possible action regarding the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) held on Monday, October 27, 2025 - Submitted by Bella Kalra, Vice- Chair (former Secretary). 1. YAB 10-27-25 Minutes C. Public Comment. Note: Public Comments are limited to up to five (5) minutes per person. D. Report from Council Liaisons - Winfred C. Frazier, Mayor Pro Tem, and Jackie Georgiou, Council Member. E. Report from Staff Liaison - Mary Lovelace, Youth Services Librarian. F. Board Business. 1. Discussion about members attending Texas Youth Advisory Summit on January 30. 2. Discussion of goals of each committee for upcoming spring semester. G. New Business: Any YAB Member who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the YAB shall do so now. Note: Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future Agenda of the YAB or for referral to staff for investigation. H. YAB Member Comments and Announcements. I. Adjournment. Conference Opportunities a. Texas Youth Advisory Summit at Cedar Hill, January 30 b. National League of Cities Congressional Conference in March C. We are Evergreen Announcement from Councilwoman Taylor 1. The Board of Parks and Recreation is helping redevelopment at the Evergreen Park and pool a. Need fundraising b. All members to complete the weareevergreen.org survey c. Mission to create an all-inclusive park D. Expanding Members on YAB 1. No new members or alternates necessary E. Amending YAB Rules and Procedures 1. Need to update to reflect our current meeting schedule 2. Have unofficial subcommittee meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month a. Official meetings are on the 4th Monday of each month 3. Continue finalizing and reviewing our rules and procedures next meeting F. Creation of New Committees 1. Athletics a. Luke, Caroline, Lucas, Ethan, Ben 2. Education/Advocacy a. Saif, Madison, Emily, Kashi, Ralph, Bella 3. Social Media and Outreach a. Sania, Evelyn, Emma, Eleni, Sydney J. Election of Officers 1. Eleni as Chair (ran unopposed) a. Will take a small step back this year 2. Vice Chair Page 4 of 5  a. The vote was tied between Bella and Emma b. Decided on two vice chairs 3. Secretary a.
