A. Call to Order and Announcement of a Quorum - Eleni Gagliardi, Chair. B. Approval of Minutes. Consideration of and possible action regarding the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) held on Monday, December 15, 2025. - Submitted by Ben Shoss, Secretary. C. Public Comment. Note: Public Comments are limited to up to five (5) minutes per person. D. Report from Staff Liaison - Mary Lovelace, Youth Services Librarian. E. Board Business. Consideration of and possible action about YAB annual report, slides, and other information that will be presented at the State of the City on Monday, February 2. F. New Business: Any YAB Member who wishes to bring New Business to the attention of the YAB shall do so now. Note: Consideration of New Business shall be for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter is appropriate for inclusion on a future Agenda of the YAB or for referral to staff for investigation. G. YAB Member Comments and Announcements. H. Adjournment.
