Lamb Street (Bellefonte Mart) – in your packet is the electronic copy of the land development plans from Mr. Siggins and the comments from the County Planning Office. OLD BUSINESS: ➢ Short Term Rental Ordinance – Solicitor’s comments and timeline. o The Borough accepted written comments through May 17th. Oral comments will be made during the May 17th Borough Council meeting. Oral comments will be limited to three minutes maximum. Those wishing to make a public comment must register with the borough before noon on May 17th. NEW BUSINESS: ➢ Borough Council is considering adopting a Complete Streets Policy – see attached draft.
