High Street façade renovation due to ADA accessibility. Project Review and Public Comments: ➢ 431 E. Curtin Street – Removal of side door to install window to match historic aesthetic ➢ 447 E. Curtin Street – Shingle replacement of roof ➢ 109 S. Thomas Street – Five window replacements on front of house. Administrative Approval: ➢ 254 N. Allegheny Street (Hastings Mansion) – same shingles that were approved by HARB several years ago.
