Spring Street – Remove broken and rotting slate on garage roof. Replace underlying wood and re-shingle with slate to match old roof as closely as possible.  251 N. Allegheny Street – Removal of a degraded dry stack stone retaining wall on the side of the house at the property line. Replacement with a poured concrete wall with a natural limestone knee wall built on top. Limestone wall will have a wrought iron railing on top. Administrative Approval:  145 W. Linn St (St. John’s UCC) – continuation of 2008 roof replacement (HARB approved on May 10, 2018) with CertainTeed Architectural Shingle in Moire Black. Information/Discussion Items:  Resume holding meetings in person? Old Business:  Café Buzz – waiting for new roof plan options.  338 E.
