REGULAR AGENDA COMMUNICATIONS WRITTEN: Faith Centre Annual Walk/ 5K October 16, 2021- Council Action requested Talleyrand Park Rental Request- Centre County Aglow for 26-hour Praise, Worship & Prayer Friday September 10th- Saturday September 11th, 2021- Council Action requested MS4 Stormwater Follow-up – FYI, No Council Action Needed Talleyrand Band Shell letter of non-support – No immediate action is needed, however, the Writer/tax payer is opposed to the Band Shell Parking issues for the YMCA – Streets Committee and staff are working to resolve this Small Cell Bill approved by PA General Assembly – No immediate action is necessary, however, council and staff should develop a policy for locating small cell units Bridge Work Status Report- Schedule No. 2 – FYI, No Council Action needed CATA Final Draft Service Changes, Route Map and Federal Masking Mandate, FYI, No Council Action Requested. Larson Design Group- Railroad Street over Buffalo Run Road Project Request for Water Obstruction Permit- FYI, No Council Action needed. WATER, REFUSE COLLECTION, COMPOST FACILITY—Doug Johnson, Chair Authority Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 7th at 6PM- FYI, No Council Action Reques Joint Meeting of August 2nd with the Authority to hear Presentation on One Water Plan – To be requested STREETS—Mary Abbott, Chair Committee meetings held on June 24th and July 1st – No Council action requested at this time ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION—Mike Prendergast, Chair Committee Meeting Report Standing meeting times will be the Wednesday after a council meeting at 4pm – FYI, No Council Action Requested. Council Retreat Duration – Council Action Requested. Standing Council Committee Meeting Times – In the process of establishing the times – No Action Requested at this time. Council Agenda – We are making some changes to the order of business to allow for additional staff to attend the early part of the meeting. Once business and questions are completed, they may leave the meeting. I am planning to add more routine action items to the Consent Agenda. No Action Requested at this time.
