Settlement Agreement with McCrossin – Consider a motion to approve the finalization of a settlement agreement between the Authority and McCrossin, contractor for the wastewater treatment plant project. The motion would include the authorization for the Authority Secretary (Ralph Stewart) to sign the agreement after review and approval from legal counsel.
