(Applicant withdrew project for informal review. Will return at later date)  237/239 N. Allegheny Street – informal review/discussion only: exterior improvements: windows, porch, roof, etc. o Blake Bratton, property owner, will be present to discuss the project  203 N. Allegheny (CCLHM) – porch replacement o John Sengle, board member, will be present to discuss the project.  136 S. Water Street – exterior paint, roof, and fixtures o Christina Lewis, property owner, will be present to discuss the project  308-310 E. Linn Street – shingle roof, Owen’s Corning Slatestone Gray o Sarah Damion, home owner, cannot attend the meeting because of a work conflict. Administrative Approval  334 E.
