CALL TO ORDER: ROLL CALL: Mr. Robert Dannaker Mr. Dallas Gallo Mr. Mark Edwards Mr. James Mills Mr. David Lomison APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 14, 2022 (April meeting canceled) PUBLIC COMMENT: PLANNING and ZONING ISSUES: LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES:  Confer’s Jewelers Building Addition and Renovation – Preliminary / Final Land Development Plan  Waterfront Development Project – Final Plan – Bellefonte Waterfront  Waterfront Development Project – Preliminary Land Development Plan – Bellefonte Waterfront INFORMATION ITEMS:  At the April 18th meeting, council voted to approve the Article IX Waterfront Business District, Chapter 575-40 Lot requirements to increase the building height from 65 (amended in 2019) to 75 feet.  The Waterfront Development Group presented to HARB at the April 14th meeting. HARB was pleased with the updated projected and voted to move it forward. OLD BUSINESS:  Updated Draft Sign Ordinance: Bellefonte Borough approved the updated draft sign ordinance, which includes prohibiting feather signs in the historic district. I will work with Jennilyn Shuster at DBI to help business owners who have feather signs transition away from using them. o Included in your packet is a copy of the sign ordinance w/ highlights of major changes (this was how council wanted to see it)  Short Term Rental Ordinance: o Memo to Council on short-term rentals, citing PA Supreme Court case which prohibits exclusively transient STRs from residential districts. o Write up summary to former Ad-Hoc STR Committee NEW BUSINESS: ADJOURNMENT: ____1ST ____2ND TIME: ______
