ADDITIONS TO THE COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA In accordance with Act 65 of 2021, If a matter is not on the Agenda, Council cannot take official action on it with some exceptions. The Council can act on matters relating to potential or real emergencies. Council may add a matter of agency business to its agenda through a majority vote. The Council should state the reason why the action item is being added to the agenda. Council may vote to add an action item(s) to the agenda. 1  V. COMMUNICATIONS (written) Sunnyside Paddling Park Organizers requested permitting assistance. This is a regional facility. Council may ask for more details associated with the request and/or consider scheduling some time for discussion in an upcoming work session. Traffic/Safety issue on North Ridge Street, between High Street and Pike Lane. Consider having staff/public works make/come back with a recommendation. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Local Aid Support Innovation Exchange Webinar related to mini-roundabouts. March 16th. FYI, no council action is required. PennDOT 2023 Public Outreach Campaign for the 2025 12-Year Program. Comments are accepted through April 30, 2023. Council may consider further discussion in a work session. VII. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be acted upon by a single motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless members of the Council request specific items to be removed for separate action. Bishop Street – Exterior renovations of a downtown building, including window restoration and replacement and paint schedule for wood. • 234 Locust Lane (carriage house at 233 N. CURRENT and OLD BUSINESS Change Order for the Governor’s Park Ballfield project. FYI, no council action required. Musser Lane Camera installation is complete. Council may consider adjusting the hours that the facility is accessible. Red Zone, handicap parking issue near the Cadillac building on South Spring St. was discussed at the 2/21 council meeting. Staff met with residents, outstanding tickets were exonerated, and two new handicap-signed spaces have been added. FYI, no council action required. X. NEW BUSINESS John Nastase Construction Application and Certificate for Payment for Governor’s Park Baseball Field Project. Motion/ 2nd to remit payment to John Nastase Construction for the Governor’s Park Baseball Field Project. Bid Opening for Musser Lane Pad Extension. Motion/2nd to allow staff to review, approve and select bid for the Musser Lane Pad Extension. Sustainable Pennsylvania Community Certification program Resolution No. 03062023-001.
