The Authority can act on matters relating to potential or real emergencies. The Authority may add a matter of agency business to its agenda through majority vote. The Authority should state the reason why the action item is being added to the Agenda. Grant contract has been signed and completed. We expect to receive funds by wire transfer. Staff has requested updated cost estimates on the Buchart Horn proposed cover. Time will be scheduled during the April meeting to review/discuss designs, potential directions, etc. NEW BUSINESS: Daily Water withdrawal February 2023. Spring-Benner-Walker Area Joint Authority Meeting Minutes January 23 & February 13, 2023. Corning Water Tank Rehabilitation Project Resolution No. 03072023-001.
