Communications - Written and Oral Note: The time allowed shall not exceed 30 minutes, and speakers will be called in order from the sign-up sheet. If the number of speakers signed up to speak will exceed the 30-minute period, the Chair is authorized to give preference to (1) persons speaking to items on that meeting's Agenda or anticipated to come on the Agenda within one month and/or (2) to persons who have not spoken to Council in the last quarter. A maximum of three persons are permitted to speak to each side of any one topic. 3. Executive Session a) 18-489 Property Disposition - RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) To consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. Study Session Items a) 18-490 Council Business and New Initiatives b) RES 9480 Resolution authorizing execution of a three-year professional services agreement, with an option to renew for two additional years, with Azose Commercial Properties for the management and leasing of the City’s Lincoln Center property, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000, plus all applicable taxes. Staff are returning to respond to questions raised at the September 10, 2018 Council meeting and seek adoption of Resolution 9480.) c) 18-491 Development Services Fees Update (For direction. Staff seek Council direction on proposed amendments to the development permit fees and rates and to the Renton and Issaquah school impact fee schedule.)
