Standing Committee Members receive reports and information, ask questions and, when appropriate, vote on a recommended action for consideration by the full Council at the Regular meeting. An Ordinance to reclassify one position in the Legislative p. 1 Department 20533 2. Ordinance to amend the 2014 Budget due to restructuring in p. 4 the Executive Department resulting in the elimination of one position and the reclassification of two other positions 20534 3. An Ordinance appropriating funds from estimated ending p. 8 restricted reserve in the public education and government access television fund to appropriate funds for the public access television pilot training program and startup expenses 20535 4. An Ordinance appropriating funds from estimated ending p. 11 restricted reserve in the Restricted Equipment PEG Fund to appropriate funds for the public access television pilot, including training program equipment and startup equipment Adjournment 1 ** INDICATES THE INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION Agenda Information: Council Committee and Regular meeting agendas and agendas packets, which contain the supporting documentation for agenda items, are available to the public Thursday afternoon prior to the meeting. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available for review from the reference desk at the Central Library or can be purchased in the Finance office at City Hall for $4.00. Accessibility: FOR OUR CITIZENS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, the Council Chambers is fully accessible. Elevator access to the second floor is available at City Hall’s west entrance. Hearing assistance is available and a receiver may be checked out through the clerk prior to the evening session.
