A hard copy of the agenda packet is available for review from the reference desk at the Central Library or can be purchased in the Finance office at City Hall for $4.00. Accessibility: FOR OUR CITIZENS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, the Council Chambers is fully accessible. Elevator access to the second floor is available at City Hall’s west entrance.
