Call to order and roll call Council President Stone called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m. Present: Committee Chair Lisa Anderson, Fifth Ward Committee Member Daniel Hammill, Third Ward Board Member Jace Cotton, At-Large Excused: Committee Member Michael Lilliquist, Sixth Ward Budget and Finance 24854 1. An ordinance amending the fee schedule for the Rental Registration and Safety Inspection Program Summary: Julia Burns, Rental Protection Program Specialist, and Blake Lyon, Planning and Community Development Director, presented the ordinance, which amends the fee schedule for the Rental Registration and Safety Inspection Program. Council Members discussed the ordinance and asked questions. Action: Daniel Hammill moved to recommend approval of the ordinance. MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
