An Emergency Ordinance to Create an Electronic Home Detention Program, Provide for the Establishment of Eligibility Standards, and Authorize a Subsidy for Costs to Participants in the Program Michael Lilliquist / Gene Knutson moved to recommend approval of the ordinance with the amendments brought forward during committee MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 1 21154 4. An Update on the Status of the Surplus of 315 W. Holly Street Presented by Tara Sundin INFORMATION ONLY 5. Approval of City Council Committee and/or Special Meeting Minutes Gene Knutson / Roxanne Murphy moved approval of the February 8th minutes MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 6. Old/New Business Pinky Vargas announced that the annual Council Retreat will take place on Saturday, April 16th 10am-3pm at Woodstock Farms. Adjournment 2

Standing Committee Members receive reports and information, ask questions and, when appropriate, vote on a recommended action for consideration by the full Council at the Regular Meeting. The notice of Committee Meetings identified below also serves as notice of Special Meetings of the City Council at the times identified as Council Members who are not members of the committee routinely attend and participate in the Committee Meetings.
