Hearing Examiner Annual Report to Council Presentation by Hearing Examiner Sharon Rice INFORMATION ONLY 21762 2. A Resolution Setting the Dates and Times of the 2018 City Council Meetings Gene Knutson / Roxanne Murphy moved to recommend approval of the resolution MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 21715 3. Minor Revision to an Ordinance Prohibiting the Feeding of Deer and Raccoons within the City of Bellingham Pinky Vargas / Gene Knutson moved to recommend approval of the minor revision of the ordinance. The ordinance is up for third and final this evening and the revision was read into the record by President Lilliquist. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. Abstained: April Barker 1 21763 4. Discussion of 2018 Legislative Priorities Presented by Brian Heinrich INFORMATION ONLY 21764 5. Waterfront District Implementation Status Report INFORMATION ONLY 21765 6. Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Bellingham and the Port of Bellingham for Waypoint Park Gene Knutson / Dan Hammill moved to recommend approval of the interlocal agreement MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 7. Approval of City Council Committee and/or Special Meeting Minutes Roxanne Murphy / Gene Knutson moved to recommend approval of October 9 minutes MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 8. Old/New Business None 21743 9. Work Session on the Proposed 2017-2018 Biennial Budget Changes Worksession in the Mayor’s Boardroom. Public Works, Planning and Community Development, and the Library presented 2017 accomplishments and 2018 workplans. Adjournment 2
