Approval of City Council Committee and/or Special Meeting Minutes Gene Knutson / April Barker moved to recommend approval of the Jan. 8 and 22 committee meeting minutes as amended: It was April Barker, not Michael Lilliquist, who moved to recommend changing 10 days to five days in the Renter Protection Ordinance on Jan. 22). 7. Old/New Business Hammill - In the Justice Committee, he asked why COB's position on HB1298 in Olympia, a state-wide ban the box, was neutral. Mayor's Office has changed it to support today. Knutson - Citizen's Climate Lobby would like to give a presentation in the Feb. 26th Public Works Committee. The full Council provided support.
