Special Meetings of the City Council at the times identified as Council Members who are not
members of the committee routinely attend and participate in the Committee Meetings.

6. Approval of City Council Committee and/or Special Meeting Minutes
Gene Knutson / April Barker moved to recommend approval of the Jan. 8 and
22 committee meeting minutes as amended: It was April Barker, not Michael
Lilliquist, who moved to recommend changing 10 days to five days in the
Renter Protection Ordinance on Jan. 22).
7. Old/New Business
Hammill - In the Justice Committee, he asked why COB's position on HB1298 in
Olympia, a state-wide ban the box, was neutral. Mayor's Office has changed it to
support today.
Knutson - Citizen's Climate Lobby would like to give a presentation in the Feb.
26th Public Works Committee. The full Council provided support.

Murphy - Final call to submit retreat topics to her by the 16th. Also, she gave a
reminder that the Council photo is tonight at 6pm.
