New Business Gene Knutson was approached by Seth Fleetwood, who was speaking on behalf of the Citizen's Climate Lobby, asking for the Council's support for a carbon fee. Councilmember Knutson asked the committee if they approve of Seth making a brief presentation to the committee at its next meeting on the 26th. The committee members approved.
