A Resolution to Implement the Climate Protection Action Plan 2017 p. 106 Update, Aim for 100% Renewable Energy Goals, and Create a Climate Action Plan Task Force April Barker moved to recommend approval of the Resolution on pages 122- 126 with the amendment that the date of the Task Force’s presentation to Council take place in the last quarter of 2019 MOTION CARRIED 4-1. Consideration of Revisions to Bellingham's Accessory Dwelling Unit p. 122 Regulations Presented by Chris Koch Terry Bornemann / Gene Knutson moved to amend the ordinance to raise the minimum lot size from 5,000 to 7,200 and to add a clause that ADUs cannot be used for short-term rentals MOTION Fail 2-5.
