There is no public comment period during committee sessions. Call to order and roll call Council President Stone called the meeting to order at 10:40 a.m. Present: Committee Chair Edwin H. "Skip" Williams, Fourth Ward Committee Member Daniel Hammill, Third Ward Committee Member Jace Cotton, At-Large Parks and Recreation 24868 1. A presentation on the Civic Athletic Complex Master Plan Summary: Nicole Oliver, Parks and Recreation Director, and Brice Maryman Founding Principal at MxM Landscape Architecture, presented the Civic Athletic Complex Master Plan. The plan provides a strategic blueprint for improvements, upgrades, and new facilities at the Civic Athletic Complex. Council Members discussed the plan and asked questions. Action: Jace Cotton moved to recommend adoption of the Civic Athletic Center Master Plan. MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
