Call to Order Roll Call Present: Committee Chair Gene Knutson, Second Ward Committee Member Terry Bornemann, Fifth Ward Committee Member Michael Lilliquist, Sixth Ward Council Standing Committee Meeting Open to the public to attend. Note: there is generally no public comment period for Committee sessions. Standing Committee Members receive reports and information, ask questions and, when appropriate, vote on a recommended action for consideration by the full Council at the Regular Meeting. The notice of Committee Meetings identified below also serves as notice of Special Meetings of the City Council at the times identified as Council Members who are not members of the committee routinely attend and participate in the Committee Meetings. Committee Chairs give a report of the Committee Meeting at the Regular Meeting in the evening prior to deliberation and formal vote in the order shown below: Public Works and Natural Resources Gene Knutson, Chair Terry Bornemann; Michael Lilliquist 21967 1. Wholesale Water Service to Governors Point p. 3 Terry Bornemann moved to direct staff to work with the owner and move forward with the wholesale water agreement to Governors Point following the conditions outlined in the Public Works Director's response to the Governors Point owners MOTION CARRIED 3-0. Authorize Mayor to Enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City p. 45 of Ferndale for an Emergency Use Water Intertie Public Works and Natural Resources Committee Minutes Page 1 June 4, 2018 Terry Bornemann moved to recommend authorizing the Mayor to enter into an interlocal agreement with the City of Ferndale MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
