Resolution in Support of Invasive Species Week p. 3 Deputy Administrator Brian Heinrich presented the resolution. City staff have worked with the Department of Fish and Wildlife to put programs and policies in place to combat invasive species. Assistant Public Works Director Renee Lacroix spoke more about the City's invasive species plans. April Barker moved to recommend approval of the resolution. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 20602 2. Request for Retail Water Service at 4703 Aldrich Road p. 6 Public Works Director Ted Carlson presented the request for water service. April Barker moved to recommend approval of the request. Status on Implementation of the Bicycle Master Plan p. 11 Public Works Director Ted Carlson introduced the item. Tranpsortation Planner Chris Comeau presented the history of the plan, the process of developing the plan, and implementation of the plan.
