Special Joint Meeting of the Library Board and City Council - 1:00 PM Library Board of Trustee's President Faye Hill and Library Director Pam Kiesner led an information session and joint discussion on the Central Library facilities planning including the history of the Library, highlights from the Library Strategic Plan, site selection, and changes from the 2008 Building Program Statement. Special Joint Meeting of the Library Board and City Council - p. 1 1:00 PM Adjournment ** INDICATES THE INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION Agenda Information: Council Committee and Regular meeting agendas and agendas packets, which contain the supporting documentation for agenda items, are available to the public Thursday afternoon prior to the meeting. They are posted at www.cob.org/meetings on the Bellingham web site. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available for review from the reference desk at the Central Library or can be purchased in the Finance office at City Hall for $4.00. Accessibility: FOR OUR CITIZENS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, the Council Chambers is fully accessible. Elevator access to the second floor is available at City Hall’s west entrance. Hearing assistance is available and a receiver may be checked out through the clerk prior to the evening session. For additional accommodations, persons are asked to contact the Legislative Assistant at 778-8200 in advance of the meeting.
